I was brought to the United States from El Salvador when I was 13 years old. Ever since, I noticed the big need for us as human beings to have a purpose, to know who we are and to be successful in any of our endeavors.
In search for a sense of purpose and as an avenue for being of service, I went to the seminary. I enjoyed the experience fully, yet at a point determined that it was not for me.
I pursued other avenues of self discovery and after being a mariachi, then getting a B.A. in psychology at UCLA, I ended up joining an network marketing company where I experienced early success and purpose.
My team got developed quick and it was mostly made with friends and family but soon I ran out of prospects, like it happens to most of the network marketers in the industry. I was desperate and was not producing enough income to pay for my previous lifestyle. I got my cadilac SUV repoed, got behind on my house payments, and stopped paying credit card payments and all unessential payments...but even then it was not enough to pay for the essentials, and one day I was choosing between gas for the car or for lunch...
Luckily, I never gave up the dream of being successful in the business opportunty I was developing, and I'm glad I didn't.
My team and I started to develop and implement new ways of doing the offline method of getting customers, and recruiting new distributors and the business finally started to unfold towards success.
We grew to be in the top 5% of our company and started to enjoy paid vacations, and extra bonuses reserved to the top leadership.
Some of my downline started to grow their teams into the top 1% of the company's income earners. Beyond $20,000.00 a month.
My parents who were both able to reach 80+ years old and were my downline got to enjoy paid vacations, great health, and a great compensation of $15,000.00 a month, income.
Because of how the compensation plan in the business opportunity works, me and my brothers and systers inherited their membership when they passed away, and we will grow to even greater heights.
My vision is to personally mentor 12 chosen committed leaders in my network marketing business opportunity, so they reach an income of at least $20,000.00/month.
Several of my mentees are well on their way to that income and one has already surpassed it. I am creating the system that will take my self and my team to grow exponentially by creating what is the most crucial aspect of network marketing and any business, getting quality qualified leads that are eager to join the business as well as having them duplicate successfully.
Also, I have opened my self to work with other leaders of the network marketing community outside my company, to help them advance and transition into the 21st century online marketing.
The industry is pretty much stuck only in old ways of "marketing" that really don't work as well or as efficient as online marketing when done well.
I am doing this through a proven well tested system. It is working for me and hundreds of other network marketers and is set to be one of the best ways to grow a team fast and efficient as well as creating a secondary source of income to have the system be self funded, then have all or most of the moving parts be set on automation.
